OC CHARACTER MUSINGS:
I have been thinking about original characters as I often see them here on DA, I have been thinking baout my own dealings with OC, you may notice I don't have any up on my DA page (except for very long ago scraps)

I thought about creating a sort of meme, just to see if it would make people think differently about their OC's, but then I thought: nah...
so instead I just jot down my musings here.

Is your character realistic? (it is not a good or a bad thing, mind you)

Does your character have any visual signs of their history?
Birth defects?
STD's?
Skin ailments?
Sight imperfection?
Reoccurring illness?
Because I have never seen that before apart from a few conditions of depression or mental health problems.

I have a scar from a vaccine only. I never saw a character have that. heh.
As artists I guess we like to perfect our characters, often they are riddled with cliche, but it is too because we CAN make perfect characters that we do so. I don't think it is wrong, but I would like to see less cliche and less bandwagon characters happend, allthough it is not wrong to jump on a craze either (it is quite fun I say) we don't need to create a character in a DA craze that must be our core characters.
